The training provided to agents of Citizens Inc. is focused on creating PROFESSIONALS. The Academy is located on Lake Buchanan and is specifically designed for advanced training. The goal is to provide exceptional instruction, materials and facilities to allow the sales force to maximize production, in-turn allowing the agents to enjoy unlimited income potential.

Fun aside; the facility is truly designed for sharpening our sales force and providing them an opportunity to take their business to the next level. We have associates come in from South America, Asia and further to use this facility.
